boyfriend fiancé, Curtis.
I’m happiest when I’m in the kitchen. My food philosophy is simple – familiar, nutritious, delicious. I get a lot of inspiration from international cookbooks and old family recipes.
I’ve lost 70 pounds since September, 2011. I eat lots of whole foods and enjoy experimenting with raw cuisine, but I don’t love limiting myself to labels.
I dream about a vegan cafe someday, or a bed-and-breakfast in a tiny seaside Costa Rican town. For now though, I’m pretty content cooking for my loved ones in my sunny, eat-in kitchen.
